No wonder I haven’t heard anything from HPC recently. They are being outsourced to the private sector. The tender is an interesting read, and it seems to be the natural route to making the collaborative procurement hubs more commercial. Whether this has really worked with NHS Supply Chain or whether the buying.solutions route is best is a difficult question to answer.
