Andy Savvides finds exactly the same issue we did with our maturity matrix. Having a group of people round the table discussing the matrix and their responses to it is where the session comes alive for participants.
Just like the use of surgical check lists is improving surgical outcomes, the use of a knowledge management tool in GP practices is improving referral quality. Could this work in the purchasing and commercial space?
