CfH has made some decisive steps to fixing its structure. Let’s hope they work, but it will be a while to see if they do.

Retrospective contract modification

Amazing to think that Tesco has for years been saying: “you made too much profit, give us some of it back, please” to suppliers (and still is, as far as I know). I’m sure this recent ruling won’t have much effect, unless the compliance rules help with audit.
